Inspire Coaching NE; A fresh new website for a business built on helping young children get into and excel at sports in the North East of England. Inspire Coaching came to us with a severely outdated website that practically had no front-end. Unless logged in, the customers saw a splash screen with a login button… And that’s it. Talk about turning your potential customers off!
A nice, new, powerful back-end system
To add to that, the back-end system although sophisticated when built, was laden with manual tasks to enable the business to run. This is always a bit of an annoyance for us at It’s All Good, as we genuinely feel like tech should do a lot of the heavy lifting and enable you to get on with the fun stuff of running a business, taking control and automating all the boring bits…
We sat with the client to understand their full wants, needs, requirements and ‘nice to haves,’ proposed a basic front-end structure to convert potential customers into active users, and looked into what wasn’t working for them at present and where they were spending the most of their time

As is often the case, the stuff that seemed really complicated, long-winded or that involved a lot of hands on work from the business owner was the easiest to tackle; which is great. The complicated segments were actually what looks really simple at first glance… They never are
The website is built on a multi layer structure of memberships and single pay sessions, with some seasonal events thrown in for good measure. But, those two different methods of purchase both needed to work together, and share the same set of calendars, and availability. Fortunately though, we genuinely enjoy a challenge and getting our teeth stuck into something that’s wildly complicated under the bonnet, but presents itself in a really clean, easy to use and even easier to digest platform for a customer. So that’s exactly what we did, put together a nice, clean, functional eCommerce system that doesn’t cost the earth, solves a shed load of issues, offers a full front end to sell the business to potential customers and integrated it all with the clients’ chosen payment gateway
There’s space to grow too. All of our websites are only ever an iteration of the business at the point of taking the client on. In a few months they decide to add a new arm to the business, it’s a case of bolting on and integrating, as apposed to re-building. The final outcome is clean, purposeful and does exactly what it needs to do
