We have two pricing structures for projects; a price per project and a price per hour. This is always discussed and agreed prior to starting work.
-
We have a pricing base that we use for all jobs, but unfortunately no two design jobs are the same. Every website is different and requires different levels of technology, design, and set-up. It would be unfair to blanket price website projects and so we always quote on a job by job basis. Off the shelf pricing usually means off the shelf design work, and no one wants that.

When we brand a business we create what’s called a Branding Pack. Within your Branding Pack is your finalised logo in a range of different colours, sizes and file formats. We try and make sure that you’ll be covered for all eventualities so that you’re never in a situation in the future where you find yourself without the correct file format for a specific use. We also create a Brand Guidelines document for you which explains when is best to use each type of file, which exact colours, fonts and anything else have been used within your Branding and how to use them. It’s quite a bit really!

We’ll always do our very best to help out with short deadlines, but if for any reason we won’t be able to ensure that the work can be done in a timely fashion we’ll tell you before we start working. We try to accommodate as much as we can, and more often than not can push through with rush jobs. Just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!

We have a very good relationship with a third party printer that we use for all of our print jobs. Because of this close relationship we’re able to offer all of our clients a discounted price for printing.
-
Not if you don’t want too! If you’d like to go out and source your own printer you’re more than welcome to do so, if you’d rather we take care of it all we’ll have your artwork printed and delivered straight to your door.
